It might have been miserable outside this holiday weekend, but all was sunny at the Fairfield University Bookstore (formerly Borders) on Saturday as we sold out the entire inventory at our event. Thanks to the hardy Fairfield patrons who braved the weather, and both Nancy Quinn and Craig Kennedy for putting the event together. On to Essex Books at Gather next weekend!

On Wednesday evening, May 15, 2013, I did my first library book talk at the WPL. We had a great turnout consisting of Westport townspeople, my students and their parents. I was happy to tell them about the process that led to the publication of Last Ghost at Gettysburg and discuss the book itself and the future of T.J. Jackson Mysteries. Afterward, we sold a good number of books which I was happy to sign. Special thanks to Kris Nash for helping put the evening together.
Thanks to columnist Sally Allen for her review/interview piece on Last Ghost at Gettysburg. It was a pleasure speaking to her, and the results were spectacular. Read the article and I'm sure you'll agree.
